Quick, simple, planet-friendly. Pop your details in the form and we’ll do the heavy lifting.
How it works
1) Send your enquiry (web form only)

We’ll acknowledge your enquiry within 48 working hours.

Tip: our emails love a good hide-and-seek—please check your spam/junk.
2) We plan a route
-
When there’s a business collection in your area, we’ll email you a proposed date.

Once you confirm the date suits, you’ll receive an email booking confirmation.
3) Final details before the day
-
After all collections on the route are confirmed, we’ll email you 24 hours before with:

Your ETA (traffic can be a diva),
-
The collection team’s names, and
-
A contact number.

4) On the day
-
Our drivers arrive and say hello..

We complete your Waste Transfer Note / Donation Note electronically—a copy is emailed to you automatically (do check spam/junk).

Pre-printed barcoded labels (with your collection date and postcode) are attached to data-bearing items/pallets for full tracking.
5) Back at base
-
Your items are offloaded and reconciled against the electronic note.

Data-bearing items go straight to our Data Destruction Department for secure wiping or shredding.
6) Certificates & reports

We produce the relevant reports and certificates of data destruction.

Business certificates are emailed on Friday afternoons once the collection is signed off.

Residential / post / drop-off certificates are available on request.
Booking reminder: To keep things tidy for our admin team, collections can’t be booked or arranged via online chat. Please use the web form on this page.

Fill in the residential web form and a team member will be in touch to try to arrange a collection.
Only a small amount (e.g., a couple of laptops)?

Please post them to us to save van miles and cut our carbon footprint.

Can’t print the slip? Write the key details (your name, email, phone, and a brief item list) on paper and pop it inside.

Items We Cannot Take
To keep everyone safe and compliant, we can’t accept:

Inkjet printers, CRT monitors

Dental/beauty electrical items

Kitchen electricals and furniture

Mattresses
-
VHS tapes or other tape media

Any non-electrical items
